"Task Control" Computer Information System (CIS)

Task Control CIS     "Task Control" Computer Information System (CIS) is intended to monitor documents circulation within an organization and course of duty control.

     "Task Control" can fulfill various  functions:
1  Registration of ingoing, outgoing and internal documents, formation of the document's record card, classification by types and respondents, storage of electronic images of documents and their applications.
2  Appointment of executors, time of execution and persons responsible for follow-up action, registration of employees' individual tasks.
3  Permanent reminding about time of execution, ensuring executive discipline control.
4  Document search by any document's electronic card entry, even by the words from the profile.
5  Drawing up statistical reports.
6  Formation of the set of documents related to one issue.
7  Printing outgoing documents in the form of references and reports.
8  Registration of residence of the original documents, their copies and cases of shelving.
